DEKA FIT

The DEKA FIT Arena are fitness events combining ten functional training zones---DEKA Zones each preceded by 500 meters of running (5k total).

DEKA MILE

The DEKA Mile Arena challenge combining the ten DEKA Zones each preceded by 160 meters of running (1 mile total).

DEKA STRONG

The DEKA Strong Arena is the fitness assessment and event designed for gyms and studios featuring all ten DEKA Zones with ZERO running.

DEKA FIRE is our DEKA bodyweight test that provides you with a full body functional fitness test for all levels. You don’t need any equipment, you don’t need to be in a gym – you can do the DEKA FIRE test anywhere & anytime. All you need are 5 meters of space, 4 markers, a timing device, and your BODY!

DEKA FIRE 10 ZONES:

Zone 1 – Alternating Reverse Lunge x 30 (15 each leg)

Zone 2 – Hand Release Push Up x 20

Zone 3 – Sit Up x 30

Zone 4 – Squat Jump x 30

Zone 5 – Bear Crawl (forward & backward) x 50 meters

Zone 6 – Shuttle Run x 100 meters

Zone 7 – Lateral Jump x 30 (15 each direction)

Zone 8 – Plank Shoulder Tap x 30 (15 each side)

Zone 9 – Lateral Shuffle x 100 meters

Zone 10 – Burpee x 20

DEKA events are designed to allow ALL levels to celebrate fitness together. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, DEKA provides a global fitness test/competition/event/race for ALL levels.

DEKA Teams create an energetic and fun environment for pros and beginners alike making Teams a non-threatening start line for those that are (re)starting their fitness journey.

Both teammates will receive a finisher’s shirt, finisher’s medal and a Trifecta Wedge!

There are 3 team divisions:

Male
Female
Co-Ed (1 male & 1 female)

DEKA STRONG 2-Person Teams:

2 Adults (Ages 14+). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
2 Youth (10-13). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
1 Adult (14+) with 1 Youth (10-13). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories where parents can divide and conquer the DEKA arena with their child.

* Adult Team Age Groups (adult ages combined) are 59 & Under, 60-79, 80-99, 100-119, and 120+.

DEKA MILE 2-Person Teams:

2 Adults (Ages 14+). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
2 Youth (10-13). Male, Female, & Co-Ed categories.
