Classes

30 Min HIIT

 High-Intensity Interval Training known as (HIIT) allows a variety of circuits into a small amount of time, making workouts effective, quick, and more engaging than a long slog on a cardio machine. HIIT workouts burn fat and push your heart rate, and allow you to keep the weights in your training, and burn calories effectively. This class is great for busy schedules. Within 30 minutes you will be building speed, power, strength and improving cardiovascular function. This program is designed with short recovery time between movements to maximize results. 

30 Min HIIT Cardio Boxing

If you are looking for a quick and fun cardio session HIIT Boxing incorporates boxing fundamentals, strength, core work and speed training leaving you sweaty, lean, and strong in just 30 minutes.

Spartan SGX/O.C.R. Training

 

This class provides excellent instruction by Frank who is a Certified Spartan SGX Extreme Endurance Athlete, O.C.R. Specialist, and seasoned veteran when it comes to Spartan Racing. 

Now offering exclusively The DEKAFIT affiliate of Spartan and The Spartan Ram Bootcamps in Vacaville.

Frank combines body weight movements, weightlifting, and much more to build lean muscle mass and teach superior efficiency in movement to create fast, durable, long-lasting athletes
